Composite Deck Transformation with Expanded Outdoor Living Space

From Failing Deck to Expanded Outdoor Living Space

When their old deck began to deteriorate, our customers reached out to us to design a larger, safer, and low-maintenance outdoor living space.  their goal was to enjoy a deck that not only looked beautiful but also required minimal upkeep.

Custom Design with Premium Materials

Working closely with our clients, we developed a design that blends style, function, and durability.  The new deck features Fiberon Sanctuary Chai decking, chosen for its natural wood tones and long-lasting performance.  To enhance the appearance, we included clipped, or mitred corners and a single board picture frame border, adding both elegance and definition to the design.

A single divider board was incorporated to avoid butt seams, while end boards provide a polished, finished edge.  These details ensure the deck looks refined from every angle.

Durable Fortress Steel Deck Railing

For safety and strength, we installed a Fortress Fe26 Traditional powder-coated steel panel railing system.  Its clean, modern lines are complemented by the pressed dome post caps, creating a durable railing that matches the beauty of the deck.

Expanded Space for Every Occasion

By enlarging the footprint of the deck, our clients now enjoy distinct areas for grilling, entertaining, and relaxing.  This layout allows them to hose gatherings while still maintaining cozy spots.

With their new composite deck complete, the owners are excited to make the most of their expanded outdoor living space before the colder weather arrives – and for many years to come!
